JULY 12, 2004    Launched in January 2001 and funded by USAID in cooperation with the U.S. Fultz Foundation, the Community College is a branch of the Harry Fultz Institute (HFI) in Tirana Albania. It is an adult educational counterpart of the HFI technical high school.

JULY 12, 2004      Land Oš Lakes, well known in the US for its dairy industry, and the Community College are both USAID projects in Albania.
